I get it's a gaming phone but that's just it: it's a PHONE. They should have just added LTE bands 13, 29, 46, and 71 alongside 5G bands 1,3,66,77,78,79, and the 2 mmWave bands for full use no matter the carrier.

            F**k It. This is hard.

apprise, 18 Jun 2020Nubia really shot themselves in the foot with the 5G models... moreRed Magic is not for everyone... It's a gaming phone 1st. And daily driver second. Don't expect it to behave like your conventional flagship device. It is possible to set another launcher. But you have to do this in the settings.
Go to my red magic English community and join us on FB. We have bug fixes. XDA support and more... Remember it is a hardcore gaming phone. The launcher is what it is. Most people like stock android. It's got that sort of oxygen feel to it. I love it... Gaming phone 1st. Daily driver 2nd. Camera phone 3rd... The gaming priorities in life...

What can I say...? Amazing.... But there is two things I can say here... 1. A massive congratulations to vodafone Spain for actually allowing probably for the first time a gaming phone from a carrier... And 2. Why on earth should European and Americans have decent gaming phones available to them... Gaming phones should only be for folks in the East... Let the west have there crappy iPhone 12's uncooled with yet another disabled iOS and disabled 5nm chipset... Finally a 120hz screen... But most apps on iOS don't support a higher frame rate than even 30 or 60 FPS... Why should our more advanced Android handsets end up in European and western hands...

Nubia really shot themselves in the foot with the 5G models. You can't even change the change the launcher on the the phones . You're stuck with default launcher which looks ew . The only Apps that you can put on your home screen is the apps it comes installed with and the camera UI lacks the ultrawide, you have to go into pro mode and enable it from there .

It's a shame tbh cuz with 4 gaming smartphones launching this year, it would've been some nice competition
