ADVANTAGES of nokia phones--
1.CAMERA-nokia has better camera performance ,camera of any nokia phone is awesome,even it is nokia5233 or pv808
2.RESALE VALUE-resale value of any nokia phone is higher than any phone..while samsung has worst resale value..
3.BUILD QUALITY-better than Samsung.
4.FM TRANSMITTER-nokia has FM transmitter technnique..
DISADVANTAGES of nokia--
1.MOBILE HEART(It's opertaing system)-Poorest operating system(symbian).As android and Ios are much more better than symbian as well as windows phone.
2.SUPPORT LESS DEVELOPER-nokia support less developer as compared to Android and Ios.Symbian having less apps ang games as compared to Android and Ios.
3.PERFORMANCE-Awesome performnace of Android and Iphones as compared to nokia phones.
4.ADOBE FLASH SUPPORT-nokia does not support adobe flash..
5.DISPLAY-samsung has SUPERAMOLED technology,which appear awesome to see HD videos on android phones.
6.UNIQENESS-nokia just change it's device appearence and design.All the features remains same exept camera's MP and some other features.
7.HANGING ISSUE-A big hanging issue with nokia phones..
8.OLD TECHNOLOGY-nokia use OLD TECHNOLOGY .nothing innovation created in it's devices.

uWtm, 14 Jun 2012if you need a camera got for specific SLR ,buy one extra l... moreThe next OS I am currently looking at is "Tizen" . It looks very promising and hope it has got the juice to oust android. Android is not the type of OS I would want to ever use in my primary phone.

But nokia is an institution and a sort of empire which never stop evolving. So saying its time has gone is an overstatement. It still can come hard and if everything fails there is always android way open. Bcoz when a ship sinks the captain (ceo) sinks with it .

You can't play games on a... moreif you need a camera got for specific SLR ,buy one extra lense and enjoy the facility . if you want to go for a phone with lot of features in it go for androids like htc,samsung. if you want to go for security go for bb,iphones...if u want to got for nothing go for nokia..and about the price list ..people in china even in phillipines ,taiwan stand in que for 1-2 todays to get the first iphone launched there. you are waiting for a movie then u will watch it on the first day first show u wont wait for 4-5 months to watch the movie when u get tickets .my suggestion buy HTC first hand and resell them when new version is launched ..but resell value of symbian is horrible.even garbage collecters wont take it for free after 6-7 months of use.

But on pureview, with almost the features of a premium SLR, you can do all these things and surely in a span of 3-4 months, the prices in India of nokia pureview will drop to 26,000 INR or 472.72 USD. At this price, nokia 808 pureview will be unbeatable with the features it has to offer

uWtm, 14 Jun 2012my point is that movies are made to entertain the audience ... morefinally i agree that communication is more important. Thats where nokia is the best .even today the signal strength and call quality is the best in nokia. U know symbian phnes can multitask the best check oùt youtube. All the features that u mentioned are nt groundbreaking and can be incorporated . Btw why to have a burst of average photos? Burst mode is there in my 5 yr old nokia 5700, whích is nt a cameraphone !

A film boring to you may appeal th... moremy point is that movies are made to entertain the audience through out its running time . phones are made for communication and all those come along are extra to it .pureview is propagating its agenda on basis of camera which is an extra to cell phone .i think it's fundamental strenght should be based upon performance, dialing ,communication related funcionalities.

But... morei agree with u .nokia is a ruler that lost his empire.it has grown old .it eroding beneath it's bedrock. it was a ruler once upon a time which lost the battle to so many giants .my 1st phone was also nokia and i loved that phone so much .thats why its disheartening me to see it in such miserable condition. i wish nokia would do something like android or accept android ..
