It's sad how mighty have fallen... From the revolutionary, market-destroying Poco F1 to just rebranding Xiaomi's old phones and charging basically the same price... Shameful.

Beyond all this, Xiaomi must be aware that there is severe anti-China sentiments brewing in India over China's border intrusions. India is a huge market for Xiaomi and the entire BBK group. Alongwith COVID, this is going to affect Chinese OEMs who work on numbers than high margins. Till the political situation improves, launches aren't going to be well-received in Xiaomi's (and BBK's) biggest market outside China.

Another rebranded Redmi. There's no problem with a phone itself as a rebrand. The problem is with the Poco as a company, did they really became "independent" just to become a rebranded Redmi?

Much Better hardware wise
But little worse software wise

My Poco F1 is still going strong, but there are too many models and their software is going downhill lately.
Think Moto is on the rise, and oneplus z or Nord looks very promising.
