if I were to look for an 7-9 inch samsung tablet with decent stylus support and either offical update till oreo 8, or custom rom-able to pie without unstable features with good battery life which slate of theirs would you recommend and why?
I forgot to say I'm looking for a value for money or budget solution and I'm not looking for anything pricey.
The main boxes for me that needs ticking are: battery longevity, stylus support, working bluetooth and 8.0 or 8+ on the OS version

After applying the screen protector you need to register the fingerprint again from begining if you want it to function properly. Cheers

Now lets prepare for $1000 samsung tablets. These companies are misusing specs and marketing to milk us our hard earned cash. I wish they would focus on enhancing user experience instead of making products with astronomical price tags.

They should release lite version too, but with amoled screen and SD procesor, no exynos.. 730G is good, But most important is price. Price should be maximum 350$.

I have both the tab s6 and iPad Pro.
Speaker on iPad Pro is better. The s6 is only louder. I only use my s6 for media consumption due to the screen. The FPS scanner becomes crap when used with screen protector. FaceID on iPad Pro in my opinion is better.
Games and apps in general are way better on the iPad, way ahead of the s6. Dex is good but with limited apps it cant compete fairly with the iPad.
No iPad user would even consider this tablet for other things than watching videos really.

Really looking forward to the Tab S7+. My tab S 6 is good and all but the battery life sucks, it really sucks.
