Sorry guys, Nokia and Microsoft did this in 2012 when Lumia 920 announced. This feature called "Smart Shot".

Still not as convincingly good enough as Sony's Predictive Capture, which works in full resolution and complete with continuously working AF and AE.
That, btw, is a feature that encouraged Google to have something similar up their sleeves, which is what made Top Shot possible, so to say that they're irrelevant to the smartphone world today, you might as well just say thank you to them for bringing a useful feature that you're also getting benefits from.

They should be working on providing a better processing of photos (like Google) and videos (like Apple), adding EIS to front cameras, OIS on the main one etc. I'm😘😘😘a fan of Xiaomi, but there are more stringent problems to be addressed on camera department

0.8 megapixels, not 0.3

Anyone who has tried Top Shot knows that this feature is completely useless. Images are saved with I believe 0.3 megapixel resolution and without HDR+, they are very noisy. Only sometimes it allows you to save a file with HDR+ and 2 or 3 (can't remember) megapixels. It's better to take many HDR+ photos manually.
