This looks legit. It looks beautiful too(from the front only).
The periscope could use old design. That looks better to me.

Will it have SD865 in Europe or Exynos 992 like regular Note 20?

Someone in Samsung just drink an apple juice. At Note 10 times, Headphone jack RIP. Now the Note 20 Ultra has ugly camera bumps that destroys the aesthetics of An Note Series device. Note 10 has a ver beautiful design, what's wrong with Samsung's designers lately? If u wanna put an Ultra Large Camera Bump, put at least an Periscope Lens in it. The S20 Ultra's Large Camera bump wasn't justified, its camera is worse than its little brothers except for Just the ZOOM. Hope Samsung reconsiders and at least blacken the camera bump to look clean like Pixel 4's camera bump. Just use the 12 MP sensor, everyone is fine, the 108MP only takes 12 MP photos that is worse at night amd worse autofocus. Hope Samsung justifies the camera bump for the results later.
Best Samsung Design and cameras :
Note 10 Plus (Best HDR, Ultrawide, Autofocus, Colours, Focus area, Dual Aperture ) and not so huge camera bump, the results are great, just use an 12 MP camera, no one is complaining.
