Watch Design for Right hand or what? Check Above Images carefully watch buttons mounted on left side.

I currently have the Gear S3 Frontier and I don't know if this is worth the upgrade yet.
So many things just don't make sense, like only having 8GB in 2020 is just plain stupidity, Why the hell is the charge dock still using micro USB, why pay for a premium titanium model without LTE...

Hope its wrong and Samsung makes it worth the upgrade.

Grr. why microUSB, we're all USB-C here. Have had a Gear S3 and now have the Galaxy Watch, both superb, even if they disconnect from the phone a lot. But having to cart a microUSB cable around for the charging dock when travelling is a pain, when all my other devices use USB-C. Seems like Samsung are doing an Apple and using up old stock of components to save money, despite their corporate billions. I'll keep my current Galaxy Watch being there don't seem to be any improvements on this one. (I don't care for health or sports features, just like selectable circular faces and notifications. Oh, and ability to talk to it when away from phone.)

I'll never be tired writing bad reviews about Samsung's watches.
I had the Samsung Active (color) and now the Samsung Active 2.

I never was satisfied about the sensors. Very inaccurate and slow to pick up movement at the right time. The Bixby function failed for me on this watch. I keep barking at my watch to make Bixby wake up and give me some answer or switch on/off a function. It runs like an old computer and the responses are frustrating me. Bixby either does not want to wake up or gives me wrong answers and sometimes the watch crashes as it TRIES to open Bixby when I bark "Hi Bixby".

Not to mention that the sensors are inactive about EKG or Blood Pressure.
Not to mention that Samsung Pay NFC is inactive in Europe.

Just a few languages are available to dictate a message. I am forced to dictate in English with my fellow citizens even tough it's a foreign language in my country. Are we crazy here ? In 2020 and you just have a few languages installed ? Is this Windows XP in 2000 or what ?

Give me a reason to spend another 400-500 Euros for this..... Come on Samsung, you far-fetched it this time.

In all honesty, based on so many leaks already (including the recent xda discoveries) this Galaxy Watch 3 is going nowhere but downhill from here on!! It's basically taking the worst things from Apple watch like high price but without proper ECG and blood monitoring that's available only in Korea and aiming this watch at uninformed people to get them to buy it for it's looks rather than functionality. Here is why:

I understand this watch is 45mm and designed to be lighter (current 46mm was too big and heavy for many) but at that diamenter Samsung should still be able to put 420mah battery as active 2 44mm can fit 340mah. Also if they used newer 7nm SOC it will give them more space and more battery effeciency and maybe faster speed for launching than new Bixby introduced in 4.0.0.7 firmware. But no, xda-developers reports exact same 10nm 9110 SOC that they used since 2018. I know Samsung don't release every new watch with new SOC. Usually, it's like this:
Gear S3 (frontier), and later Gear Sport used 14nm 7270
                Galaxy Watch, and later Active/Active 2 use 10nm 9110
So Galaxy Watch 3 should have new SOC again.
Other issue is that xda states 1GB Ram for all models, so it's actually a downgrade for LTE models as they currently have 1.5Gb Ram (you need lots of ram if you have lots of widgets).
Now titanium is awesome as it's light and stronger but why only Bluetooth model??
And how about stop copying ECG and other apple features that Samsung knows will not be available in all countries for years, and actually copy Garmin for things that can already be done and helpful now like Pulse OX sensor, Body Battery Energy Monitor, Vo2 Max, and maybe compass for better accuracy when hiking (no Samsung watch to date has an actual hardware for it inside). Also maybe take 1 thing or 2 from Matrix 2 watch to use your body heat as the way to convert heat into an extra energy to power the watch. It's not very effecient, but really helpful in emergency situations yet will not occupy as much space as solar panel.
Then price Galaxy Watch 3 the same as Galaxy Watch was in 2018 and offer a more expensive version in titanium and sapphire, instead of forcing your customers like me to upgrade because we have no more internal storage left and need that 8GB (or should I say 5.3GB of actual space) for workout music!

I really hope all these rumors are wrong, otherwise I will need to convert all my music to ogg or m4a (whichever is smallest) till a truly great Samsung Watch with all new SOC comes out!!

Or simply offer current Galaxy Watch 46mm in more memory configurations cause Galaxy Watch does look just as stylish when you start customizing it with different ringke panels from Amazon.
