I would like to reset my tablet with manufacturing but can I get to that on this tablet I have the 9. Login which I don't remember the dot sequence trying to reset the manufacturer will not let me get there

Can this 2000 512 2016 Samsung tablet be rebooted to manufacturer because I do not have the dotted code to get back into my tablet I have the nine dots so I don't know which move I did to set a swipe screen to unlock can't reset to manufacture need help thanks

My 3 year old Samsung S3 Tab just got updated to Android 9 with a confirmed March 2020 security patch. This is way better support than LG and some other manufacturers.

And don't forget that this year's IPhones may start at $549 which is a first for the Apple brand. And you will still receive updates for at least 4 years.

Also I dont care about Instagram videos and Facebook , I aint an influencer like you. I dont need OS updates on android cause it is the same the last 2 years, you need them to keep up with your stagnant OS. Oh one last thing, no matter how many security patches they make, they will always be something else out there. So maybe just maybe , dont click on stupid links and you want get hacked. Raive all you want about your piece of metal and its worth , its not jewelry its a smartphone and they all do pretty much the same.

New IOS features are just years old features of Android, especially samsung phones. Weird eh.

Beside samsung stop updates for older galaxy,
Samsung forcing people outside USA to buy Exynos version.
Samsung permanently glue the battery so you cant change the battery in Service if your battery life decreased (watch JerryRig youtube video about flagship samsung).
Are you still want to buy them?

As we talk about updates, lets remember that android phone manufacturers provide poor updates and patches, causing all sorts of problems to the user. This is the sole reason I choose not to upgrade or update my phone. Look at the comment section for the phones listed here, many users experience problems after new updates, the main culprit being battery drain. Other updates make the phones unusable, like the last update for my moto g2 in 2017. Manufacturers have really messed the upgrade process and only google and oneplus have excelled in providing stable updates with minimal problems.
