Yash, 10 Jul 2020What is the price If you're interested in this kind of devices, I'm suggesting you to look on B&H website for ZTE Axon 10 Pro. I got 2 weeks ago the 12GB/256GB version, I'm amazed about the specs, build quality and price. Updated to A10.
Personally I don't care yet in 5G service.

Big screens and weak CPUs. Basically trying to trick customers into believing they're buying a mid-range phone... but then the phone has a P22. .

This is just a water-testing effort by TCL. The newly emerged 5G ecosystem has created an opening for new entrants. To take the advantage of this new opening, TCL might want to do the following:
- Get rid of all the 4G phones which has no future. Start using MediaTek Dimensity SoCs.
- Embracing 5AIoT (5G-enabled, AI-enhanced, Internet of Things) by starting with 5G smartphones and 5G-enabled TVs.

I don't understand why manufacturers call their full-sized tablets 'SE'... I know that originally the moniker stands for 'special edition', but absolute majority of people associate 'SE' with small phones...
Other than that, I like the design, but just like with other TCL 10 phones, the price probably won't be interesting enough to choose it over e.g. Xiaomi alternatives. I mean, Redmi 9 has FHD display and infinitely faster G80 and costs around 125 eur, so how much cheaper would the 10 SE have to be to actually make it an interesting choice with its ancient P22 and HD screen?

Actually pretty sad that some low-end/midrange phones have a better design than some wannabe flagship phones.

Its got an AMMOLED screen ? Not bad. Never expected to see such a screen on a TCL low cost device.
