Max, 09 Jul 2020It doesn't have rotating bezel I'm really not knowledgable on smartwatches, but AFAIK I would have say that only the original Galaxy Watch had one and after its removal on the Watch2, the Watch 3 is planned to put it back.
But the Active never did had one indeed.
And I checked and indeed this is the case, here are all Samsung watches with a rotating bezel (I did forget about the Gear) :

I tried the rotating bezel few days ago on the original Galaxy Watch (I think, I don't remember so it could have been a Gear), though the watch was off, so I couldn't try the features that come with it, it was surprisingly fluid, I though it would have been harder to rotate, that's a nice thing !
So I can imagine how nice it actually feel on the real watch !
