Sony Ericsson is going down....65k color display....please....nokia 6600 have 65k display and it eas produced in 2004. I had some ericsson phones like; d750i, w950, w850, p910, p990, p1....but all of them combined can`t take the first place ftom NOKIA....I have N95 8gb and I am so satisfied that I recomand it to all of you...NOKIA rulz!

i dont know what horror storys you have heard about the e90 mate but the revamped 2nd version is flawless i never had a single problem so maybe reconsider and to be honest mate the os is awesome on the e90 where as the windows os is very questionable

i was going to get the nokia e90 but was put off by the horror stories on the internet.....boy am i glad now i dint go for it....now this....THIS is going to be the one!!! Guess ill wait till christmas when its probably going to be released.....btw my present phone is an n95 b4 tht i had a n80 whose screen i still love for its resolution ...compared to it my n95's resolution sucks.....and as for the n96 makes me laugh...just an n81 on steroids....and i think as far as slider quality goes samsung's sliders beat my wobbly n95 slider hands down. By the way guys when it releases go for the black one...the silver ones of all the various phones i have owned lose their paint very fast..right from the silver samsung true eye from way back to the n95....always go for black. cheers!!!!

you cant compare the n96/n95 to the x1 there completley different breads of handset
i do think though se have made a mistake using windows os its not as trusted as symbion
the p1i ran perfectly on symbion and i think the swith to windows may put many people off from buying the handset but i will wait untill it hits the market to pass judgement
bet any amount that this handset will be an o2 exclusive though as with the p1i

N96 and N95 8GB is MUCH MUCH MUCH better than this phone. Not to mention X1 will be more expensive than Apple Iphone. it will be released at $950!!!!
I could get a decent laptop + HSDPA card with that money.
NOKIA N96 ALL the way!

the display is superb but display colour is 65k colours only(not equals apple iphone)

Sony Ericsson phone always got some special things and always have good batteries life. Like my 1 years old W880i still can have 7 days of batteries life. The phone is 24/7 with 3G network on and 1 day at least 5 to 10 sms and 2 to 3 mins of call. This is supper good already compare to Nokia I don’t think they can hit that level with such a slim phone.
I am very fair person i have try nokia, o2 sony ericsson and pansonic phone

128MB of RAM and 1500mAh do not seem to be enough for 800*480px display and 520Mhz of Arm 11 CPU.

Personally i'm a nokia fan boy but really and truly this phone is a Monster lol lol i'm still waiting on nokia's kill all end all phone :-(..
