CM64, 21 Jul 2020With Motorola it's another month another model All so ... moreNo doubt...I've got the Moto g6 plus, it's got 4gb ram 64gb internal, and octacore processors with the snapdraggon 665, correct me if I'm wrong but those are literally identical numbers to the go plus!! You have to be kidding. They haven't changed specs in 2-3 years?? That's absolutely mind boggling. I've had 4 moto g phones in a row but I'm gonna go elsewhere. I don't even care why Motorola is so Incredibly lacking, I don't even have the words. It seems like there is alot more going on at Motorola than meets the eye ( or alot less more likely) 2 MODELS NEWER AND ITS GOT THE SAME PROCESSOR SAME RAM SAME HARD DISC, ETC. HOW IN THE WORLD COULD OFFER ZERO PERFORMANCE INCREASE, THEYRE GONNA GO BELLY UP, BANKRUPT. MOTOROLA'S A FREAKING JOKE!!

Azi, 16 Jul 2020i am having serious trouble while using dual sim. SMS from ... moreMy experience of double simcard in Motorola are positive.
It seams that its Android that manage the different card.
You can put different colours in each card, provider, and after you starts calling and text to people the phone learns what card to use for each contact.
I am familiar to put the the phone in the way I want but in my opinion it´s easy to choose what you want.

With Motorola it's another month another model All so much the same. Motorola is just confusing its loyal followers with rubbish releases without actually producing any thing new. Why same features under many different names just stupid

Motorola phones have gone down down down since the Droid Turbo & Turbo 2. Those were the best phones ever made by Motorola, and since their release Motorola has taken the cheap route. I've purchased 6 high end motorolas since the Turbo 2 and returned every single one of them. I still have my old Turbo & Turbo 2 however and will never turn loose of them. I hated to switch to Samsung, but due to Motorola's poor build choices I ended up settling with the Galaxy S line and have been going up ever since. Now I'm looking at the new models and thought I'd check Motorola before pulling the trigger on an S20 5G, but as usual I'm wasting my time with Motorola, as they are still up to their old tricks trying to sell an old phone under a new name. WTH! Get it together motorola. I used to be proud to own one, now I'm proud to say I don't!

It is quite misleading to release an old phone model under a new name in a new market. Ordinary customers are misled into thinking they are buying a new model with better software and hardware.

CompactPhones5ever, 10 Jul 2020It's not bad, but... It's another edition of &quo... moreRedmi Note 9 is a bad phone, even Xiaomi in 'Note' line have better phones.. Those phones with low brightness, MtK SoC are for people who use them only for texting and calling (even call time is less, campared to Qualcomm's SoCs)..
Note 9s or Pro, are way bettrer phones, and the price is similar anyway (130€ vs 150€, Note 9 - 9s)..
And about this G8 Plus, i guess it have Android 9 out of the box, so, also, Motorola have better phones for similar price, G8 Power is one of them.

Its a good phone for its price and very compettive to Xiaomi or Huawei and far better than samsung phones which for same price they barely sells A10 which is far worse.

A real bargain to a solid proof smartphone

It's not bad, but... It's another edition of "why not just buy Redmi Note 9 instead"
