here in Slovakia and our neighbours country Czechia i run a phone company with 40 stores across both countries. We selling like 100-300 phones from many brands each day.
And one could not believe with what people are comming to claim their warranty.
I once got a phone from a service centre with result the phone were baked in the microwawe oven and thus the charging plug were cooked up.

    My friend i said i am from Slovakia my mother language is Slovakian then i speak Czech, polish, English and German. But my German is worst of the 5 llanguages i use.     But billions people needs a billion things and you cant satisfy everyone thats impossible,
    Problem with this world we live in is not how to feed poor people but how to feed rich people.

    I understand people who rather pay more for brand name and quality but to be hionest almost all phones are china or India amde so the quality is like the same.
    For exaple Foxcconn company manufacturing like 40% of all phones made in world. Cheap ones and also the ost expensive its made by same peopel same company so the people and machines making those devices are also same.

          what i was thinking was the front firing speakers, i forgot to add it... compare it with xperia 1 ii and rog, those are symmetrical.

There's reason why some premium brands like sony, apple, LG, samsung and huawei proced their phones like so. They usually use the best chip batch (with least amount of failure per batch), as well as their built quality and tidiness. Even the cheap samsung models have better seamless built than cheaper same segmented phones from other "value" brands (realme, redmi, oppo, vivo, etc). But in the end, it's up to them, wether they want to have refined built phones or performance yet value for money phones. Everything has it cons and pros actually

No matter how phone manufacturing tested and built their phones, bad things could happen. My xperia 1 main IC got destroyed december last year due to bad electricity current in my apartment. I was charging my phone when suddenly (i think) an over voltage happened. It brole both my phone and charger (original one). I ended up buying the same phone and just switch the motherboard (since i really love this phone).

                                I live in a SE Asia country. Xiaomi and realme phones are sold cheaper than they do in Europe or the US, hence their high sales. Those phones are manufactured in India under potentially different conditions. Hence it explains the lower QC, and as I mentioned in my comment how 2 realme phones had a battery explosion even under normal use. In other comments I have mentioned the popular screen retention issue in the Redmi Note 8, as well as screen ghosting in many budget LCD screen phones.

                                Based on my experience as a follower in a large Android group in FB in my country, there are people who looks at cheap price tags with good specs, but there are also others who do not care about specs too much, rather prioritizing durability and quality.

                                No Apple or mid-range and above Samsung and/or Huawei phone had catastrophic failures under normal use. In the case of Xiaomi and Oppo, it's probably a mixed bag.

                                Heck, we have even dubbed the new Redmi Note 9 Pro as a 'vacuum cleaner' as multiple units had a fault where dust can slip through the camera lenses and affect image quality. Plastic realme phones have mould growth and called a 'mushroom garden'. Yes, there are proof with pictures from users.

                                Does it depend on the user itself? Not really.

                                  You said: Look at nubia's half-baked software, then the aftersales and service support, which are of low quality. Then the fan. Can it break and get dirty? Or OLED panel can suffer from discoloration issues? Ghosting?
                                  Now my honest opinion every phone with screen can have this issue. Nubia have half baked software because having for example Samsung one UI where is google chrome and samsung internet at the same time which are two completely same apps doing same thing but cost you a valuable disk space very reasonable. Same goes for Samsung health and many more. On google play there are plenty of health apps most are a lot better and those people who have no pasion for sport will wind this useless and cost only a disk space ansd because its system app it cant be deleted. Same goes for many other brands for example apple where without Itunes one cant even conect his phone to his PC for transfering photos videos and other to free your phone disk space. Thus to half baked software where other brands are much worse with this. Unless you have vanilla android where everyone can download only thing he really uses or needs every UI is dissaster.

                                  Man rest of what you said could be true but many people found realme brand working very well so your explantation should happens ionly you and many other peole will find this brand great enough.

                                  I am from Slovakia tiny country in central europe and i run my phoneshop company with 40 shops across Czechoslovakia to be honest no matter the brand you have any brand can explode. We have warranty claims every day because every day we sell like 100-300 phones plus accesorize.
                                  I dont need to bother you how many xiaomi, Samsung, Sony or other brands came here with floated battery, burned charger connector, or a broken screen on a brand new phone which stays blank even afer first run.
                                  Every brand have its own problems, cons and flaws.
                                  As i said above what happened to you was just you tons of other people using this brand find it great enough.
                                  Our most selling articel are xiaomi phones which are also plastic someone can say low quality but for Slovak and Czech people where Salary is around 600-800 per month from which half goes to bills a phone for an average 100-200 eur price great enough.
                                  Not everybody is willing to pay 1500 for a phone which gets old in year or two and looses half or 2/3 the price over this period.

                                  Thus to my honest answer.

                                    The phones hardware is capable but Nubia don't support their devices at all, had a red magic 5g for 3 months and the battery is useless now.

                                        I m using Nubia redmagic 3 12gb ram 256 memory.phone hardware is very strong and performance is very very good but becoze os installed in the phone is not good there is no call recording no call history dificult to use and after 100 gb of memory full not able to pickup up a call while picking up the call we have to slide up 5 to 6 time till time we receive it
                                        It gate drop so do something on os like colors os it's have all the feturess
