Berserker, 16 Jul 2020Peopole who are in photography also want a goood camera pho... moreReviewers who have tested this phone say the 'special' camera sensor is only good at shooting smooth ( very stable) videos only. The quality, sharpness, low-light details etc. of photos & videos is more or less similar to other upper mid-range phones.
So, I don't see it as a complement to a good camera specially at this high price.

But this phone i dont think is suitable considering the price. There are far more better options for the same money.

Arif238, 16 Jul 2020One of the most important thing these kinda companies needs... moreMid-range processors are more than capable enough these days. Sure they aren't as good as flagships but they are very good in day to day usage. And the price isn't that bad tbh

I'm from UK not India, so someone correct me if I'm wrong but doesn't the one plus 8 pro cost 5k more than the x50 pro. I Would rather spend that extra money and get a flagship phone with a flagship processor and a much better OS than this . The x50 pro looks like a good phone but doesn't worth that high asking price

Still missing 3,5 mm jack, notification LED nad IP68 protection.

Vivo has gone crazy charging 50k in the Indian market for Snapdragon 765.
That pricing would have been cool for the Pro+ variant with Snapdragon 865 and GN1 sensor.
BTW when will they launch the Pro+ variant?

                        overpriced

One of the most important thing these kinda companies needs to understand when they release a camera centric smartphone with a midrange SoC and asking price of a flagship that people who are serious about photography would never buy a phone just for its camera, they will get a proper DSLR given the price.
