the efficency overall is worse
the exynos uses more power generates more heat to perform worse snapdragon
also because this the sustained performance is proving half of its potential where you compare to snapdragon which is already 20 30 percent faster losing 50% on exynos makes bigger gap
this power efficiency is not just gaming the cpu setup does in exynos makes it worse in most activities
you do have single core performance that runs at peak for likr 2 seconds before throttles

The exynos is inferior chipset to snapdragon one. Selling at the same price while famous tech youtuber reviews the snapdragon version, I wouldnt mind calling that a scam. Plus, the official website doesnt even list down the processor name

Even worse are the ones with display cutouts (double, like S10+ or P40 Pro) for the front camera. I rather have a design like S9/Note 9 or iphone SE 2020 than a punch hole. Is like somebody is sticking a finger in my eye every time I look at the display of the phone.

Apple always make a bad design for their phones compare to Samsung . The iphone design is i would say the worst design that apple has ever create it. It looks bad and very outdated make me want to trow it. Although I am an iPhone user but i felt like to change to Note 20 now to be honest. Just looking at it, it looks so good. How come Samsung can make really good design for their phone?

Probably marketing trick. Put RAM above 8GB to attract and fraud regular customers (Gary Sims already mentioned that it's a straight gimmick). Throttling is excessive.
The only key selling point is the S-Pen and its multitasking features, which is awesome. I had tested out the pen and it's a treat. Display is also bright and sharp, with nearly no risk of screen burn-in (good quality panel).
But as I've noticed that less and less people are actually using the S-Pen from a Note, the trend has shift somehow.

Ice Universe has also tipped the chipset to retain Exynos 990.
A poll by AA of hundreds thousands of readers states that majority only buys Snapdragon powered Samsungs.
Exynos chipset underperforms a lot, even compared to Apple chipsets (fast, but gets hot quickly) or Kirin (weaker GPU). Nearly touches the Helio G90T in Realme 6 Pro or Redmi Note 8 Pro, but no cigar.

Samsung always make a good design for their phones compare to iPhone. This Note 20 design is i would say the best design that Samsung has ever create it. It looks good and very presentable make me want to own it. Although I am an iPhone user but i felt like to change to Note 20 now to be honest. Just looking at it, it looks so good. How come Apple cannot make really good design for their phone?
