had lg duo sim ,
good= short cut button duo sim , duo sim wiget home screen , fast sim 1 & sim 2- on / off
bad= small screen , battery life

its dual standby phone..with good batyary backup
awsm phone in 8299,,
And it support DivX also..
so if you want good phone in better price range go for LG ..

But I think this LG hanset is not a good choice for your area and it doesn't offer dual standby capabilities for the money it asks. There are better phones out there already!

Lgs are always rubbish.
I had 2 in the past and didnt keep them 4 more that 3 months cos they slow down so much to a point where i had to throw it in the concrete floor cos was driving me mad with their stupidities

we can take this as a galaxy y duos rival by specifications. Bt its a single sim standby. And its a big mistake by lg..

The Sony Xperia Tipo Dual will be a better deal, when it gets released. The display of L3 is horrible (just like the Galaxy Y Duos) and the Ace Duos is with old and slow ARMv6 processor. The only rival of the Tipo Dual will be Desire V, but probably the Tipo will be much cheaper.

Currently, HTC Desire V is the best dual-sim phone. I don't see any meaning of this phone. And when the brand is taking into factor, Samsung Galaxy Ace Duos is better in every possible ways.
