kanaaka, 21 Jul 2020yep definitely. mobile game (in my opinion) is lack of game... moreAnd the good part about Apple Arcade it's cost only 5$/month and you have access to all the games in the Apple Arcade library, 100+ as for now (games which can't be found anywhere else, not even on App Store). Of course the service is at the beginning, nobody knows how the future will look like. Also, most of the games now are platform games and small titles, but there are some interesting titles too.
If an idea like this will catch to the public, imagine the possibilities. More game developers will put their games on this platform (conclusion better games). Google will make something similar for Android too. Everybody wins in the end.
Sadly, everything that attracts money, attracts s**t too. I just hope Apple can cope with this and manage it in the end.

The quality of the games in the GooglePlay are way too low (P2W, micro transactions, endless ads, dull gameplay, real money loot boxes = gambling for children, etc). The few decent (Indie) Games that are available, don't need a top of the line SoC run fine anyway.
Google should either bring good Game Dev Studios to Android or stop these anti-consumer practices...

Full of advertisements... moreyep definitely. mobile game (in my opinion) is lack of gameplay and story, too much microtransactions, pay to win. i'd rather pay $30 upfront to enjoy quality games. with current hardware, it's actually possible to make a game as good as the 2013 Tomb Raider, or bioshock infinite, large maps, nice story, good gameplay, no microtransaction

I mean, yeah, you make this powerful hardware device, but for what purpose, if the developers are making bad software (games).
The new Apple Arcade has potential. The games in here are games, not "things" to take your money.

Not gonna lie, Nubia ABSOLUTELY has the hardware to kick tail (never cared about the camera) but they need to fine tune the software (or at least release the kernel so it's easier to get mods into this thing like Lineage) and regain the missing LTE bands from the 3/3S to get my attention. 5G phone with just bands 41 and 78 is an embarrassment to having the 5G spec.
