Doesn't mean they prefer android, just means that android is the only viable option below $200(other than refurbished premium smartphones, which are rare over there).

It's better not to release a product than to release a fragile easy-to-break unrefined product.
Apple hasn't released one yet because they are busy refining it until the time comes and consumer need rises.
When apple releases a foldable, they are sure to use real folding glass(not the one on the Z flip that literally serves no scratch-resistance purpose). I bet ya that the tablet mode will be more optimized, cause apple already has iPadOS! Is android really optimized for tablets? Uh...

Just like no one needed big screen, no one needed waterproofing, no one needed fast charging, no one needed Ultrawide or telephoto cameras, no one needed higher refresh rates.
Look up data on how many Galaxy Fold were sold.
More than Some struggling Brands in a single quarter.
That segment you call super niche is the future of smartphones.
Apple simply doesn't have the expertise or the capacity to roll out a revolutionary product like the Galaxy Fold. They are too busy looting customers while focusing on what can they remove from the box that ships with the phone.

Foldable phones are super niche, fragile and expensive devices which hardly no-one buys. That's why Apple haven't done one, there isn't big enough market to make such a product now and i don't think there is in many years.

Samsung has a working foldable that sold in millions.
IPhone spent 3 years on what? They don't even have a foldable in the market.
Trillions of dollars yet can't roll out a decent foldable before others.
By the time Huawei and Samsung are rolling out 10th gen foldables, Apple will be rolling out 1st gen product which will obviously be plagued with issues of 1st gen foldables and they'll accuse users of not folding it right.

He says basic weather widgets that function super smooth on Android are lagging like hell and freezing the device during his testing with iOS 14 Beta.
He says that the closed source nature of the OS simply isn't able to handle the heavy duty requirements of functional widgets like Android.

In samsung's space, theres the huawei mate Xs you can buy instead.
On airpower, there is currently no product that can charge 3 products. Or be as thin as it. When apple releases it(yes, there are rumors about it), it will mark many firsts.

You know how mi 10 pro got first place? 108MP cam. simple.
Even DxO mark said(Oh no, we can't give iPhone 11 pro higher score cause of lack of 3x-5x zoom and high megapixel camera). Like, seriously? A phone doesn't need either a high megapixel camera or 3x-5x zoom to be a good camera. You should look at the output of the final images, not the specs.
In my opinion, apple's software proccesing makes it looks so much more natrual compared
