Looking at the beautiful design of the BlackBerry touch-only L-series, won't Apple take RIM to court for this beautiful rectangular design shape? Just wondering...

I pray they offer dual cameras.. In todays world a dual camera is an absolute necessity for business users. Improvement in battery life though i wont bet on that, also the youtube application improvement is important.

thats really true because i really like blackberry phones but i'm just disappointed in how let the other brand just take over the spotlight like that. and the worst thing they're just relying on one thing- the blackberry messenger. and thats not going to hold for much longer

If the BB wants to capture market; it should first develop its OS like iOS. the FFC, Full touch screen, medium range mobiles, long battery life, if possible daul SIM, better camera etc. The regular high end phones like PORSCHE DESIGN are useless for the customers.

I am still using the good old BB8900, it works for me just fine. I only do stuffs like phone calls, sms, checking email, twitter, facebook and listening to music. I also use it for airline check-ins, a quick mobile banking, and foursquare. I don't miss video streaming on the go, because the only time I would watch/stream video is when I have free time, which I pretty much spend in front of the computer.

But if my 8900 breaks unrepairable, and the OS10 phones doesn't deliver based on my usage habits, I'll change to Android.

Obviously, they will release the new OS AFTER the iPhone5 and even the WP8.

i'm sure the N series will be more successful than L series because BB fanatics prefer the keyboard.
BB should first launch N-series (and L maybe in parallell).

                                        Q1 2013 is too late...

Google's I/O conference starts tomorrow, and the iPhone 5 will be out before then as well.
Even if the phone is good (which it probably is), it won't be good enough to sway current users. RIM needs something over the top to get them out of this hole, and I don't think it's going to happen. Way too late in the game now.
