I have been using buds live for 2months now,
Touch pad is very sensitive,even touch of a towel
It wont fit well in some ears
But the sound quality is ok

While useing the earbuds. Sometimes when im in a call and someone else calls me it will automatically disconnected.
I have to hang up the second call to press the bluetooth button to connected to the fisrt call.
Anyone has the solution for this issue.

I got buds live its just amazing n good shape..fits correctly...as i noticed volume is bit low...i cant raise the volume...as the outside sound is visble....

I have the Galaxy Buds Live and they are simply amazing.
- They fit proper and don't fall out even during jogging.
- The sound quality is amazing as well is the bass.
- the touch feature is commendable and works well.
- the proximity sensor works well too.
- The wearable app (Android) is well designed.
- ANC is the only low point of these buds but then I did not buy them for the ANC.
Overall I am very happy with my purchase and my points for these 8/10.

***DO NOT BUY THE BUDS LIVE*** Don’t buy these, they are NOT ONE SIZE FITS ALL. Thats pure BS. I tried different wing tips and none of them worked. And when you try to workout or go for a run they fall out easily and if you are sweating then forget about it. I tried to return but they wouldn’t accept them, such a horrible customer experience. 320 AUD is a waste of money. I have Buds+ and I love them and they’re perfect. If they don’t fit in then there is no point in having good sound quality or ANC. Better wait and buy the Bose buds that are releasing in October ***DO NOT BUY THE BUDS LIVE***

Absolute crap, failed less than a week after purchase. Bought a set in Japan with an "international warranty" - except it isn't. If you live in Oz, you have to send them back to Japan for repair! The "free" repair cost would be more than they are worth. I am about to spend over AUD4000 on a new fridge, and replace my crappy Note10+ with a Hauwei. So much for customer loyalty.

I still don't understand how they stay in your ear. I can't figure out which ear folds the 'wingtip' (what a stupid name, looks nothing like) snugs between; the way they sit in pictures there are no prominent folds where they land. Or is it just a downward pressure to the tip is pressed towards the ear canal?
