But actually, it uses high refresh rate and time of release to determine scores. Like, why?

Stop spreading lies, on paper it's not faster, in real life it's tiny bit due to easier optimisation as only Apple uses it and specifily makes them for iPhones

But still A13 is superior. Gap is not too big

At antutu test SD is better, even regular SD 865 is 10 to 20% better than A13. But those phones has totally different optimisation so can't be compared.

S865 is currently a king of effectiveness and first time we can say much better than A13. There is huge jump from S855 to S865 when power usage is considered.
