I like NOKIA. Nokia should be more battery power such as 5000-6000 mgh.

Nokia's come back was getting a tick from many until I'd this charging port problem which has suddenly shattered my hope. It appears this is not seen as a prime but there's a design flaw in the charging port where this become faulty and render charging issues. I think this should be resolved as soon as possible by Nokia. Repairing such faults with same designed port gives no guarantee and confidence for using Nokia phone. Sad, I've to return my phone because of this only when I was just beginning to enjoy my 7.1 model

Hmd is actually lost in this Smartphone strategies, they didn't even understand the market demand........they have just a caption for their phones Nokia heritage & Nordic design

HMD Nokia, by definition, is a Chinese brand specializing in low- and midrange phones. I just don't see where they're going with all this.

I actually like Nokia phones, because of their commitment in software upgrades. And I like Stock Android look... Maybe it's just me...

In my eyes they are the best Nokia's ever made under HMD banner. The Nokia 8 Sirroco also had the same quality but missed on basic aspects like lack of headphone jack.

Carol, 31 Jul 2020Bla bla. Not everybody has or want to spend thousens of eur... moreAt this point, the only thing that they will win sooner than later is the market of aftersales overpriced parts for repair old junk from other generic brands.... How fast you forgot about unbeatable flagships with unimaginable Chimeric cameras....

All void promises. All crap. Not thing real. The only remarkable feature today is the throwbable "feature" that hits hard of some of their bricks as the main one of those phones... As personal defence....

Some of their phones still haven't recieved the Android 10 update and its a month after they should have concluded the updates but nothing has been communicated. Poor from Nokia

Still rocking the 7 Plus. Great device running Android 10 now. A shame Nokia didn't follow up at the same level.

The only time they are good value unfortunately is during clearence sale of "old" new stocks before new releases. like LG flagships(old new stock v30+ owner). But how can you really fight against chinese brands willing to sale even at a loss to kill compititors and create an oligopoly. I think they know they can't compete with that, hence selling chinese parts bin compiled phones with basic android at higher price using NOKIA brand, and then tap out.

Their devices add z... moreThe hardware issues are not more than any other company, they have above-average customer support, certainly a lot better than their Chinese counterparts like Xiaomi, Realme, Oppo-Vivo which do not even have sufficient service centres! Also, the Carl Zeiss cameras are always the best in their segment, so I don't know what you're talking about.
They are one of the few brands who support a phone with updates for the longest time & provide the most security patches. All this costs money to support the software development.

Every time I see HMD Nokia tease us with new phones I feel deeply insulted. Do they take the consumers for idiots? Their low- and midrange phones are overpriced, have sub-par specs, and are easily one (or even two) years behind the competition. Which markets are their phones intended for? For which consumers? It boggles the mind to try and understand what kind their strategy is, assuming they had one to begin with.

At this point, HMD should just give up. Their devices add zero value. They are plagued with hardware issues, customer support is non-existent, cameras are crap, their design is generic and worst of all, they are expensive just because they put a Nokia label on it.

Unless they go back to their metal unibody design like they did with their first models, they will go down and die before Sony or LG do. Even HTC is trying to improve their designs and their specs.

Imo since the first ever phones HMD released they have gone backwards nearly all there new stuff or new to them old spec to us have had that disgusting dew drop front and name on front no designs bar there first releases like the Nokia 5 I like, they showed promise back then but now the releases are stupid and make no sense, they do not listen to there customers christ they don't even have a proper flagship device Nokia of old would never of been like this. HMD should make handsets with there name on and drop Nokia off there handsets are an insult to what was once a giant.
