Hopefully the manufacturing process will improve things.
Keep in mind that the snapdragon 865+ is only 7nm.

Even though the popular tech youtubers are doing speed comparisons, keep in mind that only a small percentage of buyers actually watch these comparisons.

Use of ARM instruction for their chipsets does result in better efficiency and less thermal production. If Samsung can try to keep their custom cores and use ARM then it would have been a beast like it was 5 years ago.

exynos not improved much atall so got 2100 s10 getting 2100 when slughtly warm and 2400 probably once in a freezer
2700 for s20
meanwhile snapdragon pushing 3000s
even single core obsolete now

No. At this point it us a full retail unit.
It scored lower, because it is clocked lower, because otherwise it is an overheating battery hog.
Samsung screwed this up. Exy992 was not ready.

Gsmarena latest Samsung flagship starting from s20s and now note 20s all LTE version comes with 8 gig of ram only even S20 and S20 plus LTE version comes with 8 gig of ram there’s no more 12 gig of ram for LTE only 5G version comes with 12 and 16 gig of ram.

[deleted post]I’m an Samsung Exynos fan, but I agree with you about Kirin 990 overall performance yeah it’s better even than snapdragon 865 by the way, but don’t forget that Huawei flagship phones doesn’t has any built in apps anymore and no google services in my humble opinion this one of the main reasons why there phones runs faster.
