I bought this earphone yesterday and already giving me a problem. Connectivity problem, it's not compatible if you want to use it for more than 1 device like I do, if you want to connect to other device for example your laptop and then want to reconnect to your phone again it's gonna have an error and then ask to pair again like why? This problem probably some of you don't care about it but it's too annoying for me, it makes wired earphone more simpler and advanced. If anyone here know how to fix this connection problem please tell me.

I have atrue wireless earphone 2basic but mic in left headset have a very low sound in calls and the recipient cant hear me loudly and I need to wear right headset alone or together with the left one in order to make the person i call can hear me
Is there any thing i can do to solve this problem
