First source ( meegoforum.pl ) says (more or less): "However true is that update is not aviable yet, but it is ready. We can start to make bets on which will the day of premiere"
This source, above, is quite new forum about N9 and MeeGo but quite good - well they have those screens before other language versions... :)
Second source ( www.dobreprogramy.pl/Krogulec/ ) says more (my shortcut of article): " (...) Philipinian Nokia has just announced on Twiter PR 1.3 update is to be released quite soon. (...) As you can see, update is numbered 40.2012.21-3 and "weight" 205 MB, so it is not so small (PR 1.2 has around 280MB). (...) About supposed new items and changes I have written a fiew times already. To remind, the list contains among others ability to make shortcuts to contacts in main menu, new options in Camera aplication (among others resolution change), cycle changing background of screen (sorry forgotten proper word), hidding addres bar in browser, files uploading ability, saving photos from Facebook and Tweeter, corrected video from Youtube playing , quotations in mails, NTP support (Network Time Protocol), better hotspot, automatic hidding of addres bar in browser after HTML5 web application has been launched, ability to launch in browser of Google Maps and many others... This is not all. There have appeared roumors that will be another update ;) How much this is wishfull thinking, how much in fact we can expect something - time will tell." Here are most important parts I think.
The blog by Krogulec is one of most reliable and precise source about N9 and mobiles in polish internet, and I think about N9 worlrdwide also. Krogulec is also animator and "first soul" of "The N9 Party" which has been organised 2012-05-15. I hope that has enlighted a bit those mysterious screens. They are screens which appears when the update is to be downloaded and second are warnings before starting update process (advice to make backup of phone before actualisation).
I am looking foreward for PR 1.3 - THANK YOU NOKIA !!! NOKIA CAN CONNECTING PEOPLE AGAIN!!!

Its interface is awsum...

I hope this update fix the battery drain issue. I stopped using my N9 a few months back and went to my E6. I miss my N9. (Fingers Crossed)
