OnePlus 8, 8 Pro get OxygenOS 11 design and features with Android 11 Developer Preview 3

12 August 2020
The new build is best avoided on primary devices, though, since it comes with known issues and may not be as stable as the official builds.

Everyone mocked Samsung for One UI. Still do! I am sure, gonna love this from oneplus. Only 1% of back lash. Ridiculous. Never liked oneplus

1.OnePlus is the only Chinese manufacturer that (theoretically) doesn't alter Android much.
    2. Naïve customer (me), who wants a nearly stock Android phone, bites the bait and gets an OnePlus 8 Pro.
    3. Naïve customer (me) realizes that Oxygen OS, under its nearly stock design, is actually quite far from stock Android, so far actually that his Wear OS watch is actually not running as it should.
    4. OnePlus decides with Oxygen 11 to ditch altogether stock Android pretences and go the way of all other Chinese OEMs with heavy skins.
    5. Naïve customer ends up with phone far from what he was thinking he was buying.
Thank you OnePlus. Rather than Never Settle, I'd say Never Again.

Just got a new oneplus 1 week back, just for its timely updates and vanilla like oxygen OS. And now, they are completely shifting towards one UI. I am so dissatisfied and screwed
