Incredible price. LCD screen like the Apple SE. Good battery size which will be interesting when tested. Headphone jack! Mid price phone makes sense as if out and about may not have charging facilities for wireless buds. Mid tier hotting up with this HTC and Pixel 4a. Apple SE, Nord. Apple fans will stick with Apple. I was only looking at my old HTC M9 with fondness the other day and the quality of the build the one piece of gorgeous metal and stereo speakers. Those were the days. Currently have Pixel 3a XL. Good to see HTC making a comeback but unless there phones as rightly pointed out are stocked through the main suppliers going to be up hill struggle.

I had sd 660 which is the same soc in speed like 665. I also tested g85 and g80, and it's faster. U should test it to, and u will se difference.

          Is this already their pro version? at least they should put 765 soc for this to be called pro at this time.

            They need a bigger company to buy them. That's the only way for them to come back.

SD is LTE Cat.12 vs Helio with only LTE Cat.7, higher download and upload speed than the G85, 11nm vs. 12nm, the 665 can record in 4K unlike the Helio, the SD supports 1866MHz memory frequency unlike the G85. Geekbench and Antutu are not the only things which should matter.

              Besides that we all know by now that Mediatek was cheating so you cannot trust those scores anyway.

                The 279€ pricetag is absolutely INSANE no matter how you look at it. It's a straight up gyp.

                  Sadly, but very expensive. Real price of this should be 179€, not 279€.

                        Hmm, interesting, the price is a little bit high but ok. Are you guys planning to review it? You haven't review a HTC smartphone for a while now..

                          As for this HTC... Moto G 5G Plus is €319 in my country and that phone has a SD 765...

                          Then there is the Xiaomi Mi 9T Pro, sure it is a older phone but with a SD 855 (but I would skip that or any Xiaomi due to their terrible skin, same with Huawei so unless you want to install a custom rom it's a skip)

                                  HTC digging their own grave. Now Xiaomi is done with Android One, perhaps they should take over, that's one selling point. Also, if the macro is only 2mp, please do not include it so they can make it cheaper and more attractive. Even at 5mp, macro shots are better taken from the main camera then cropped lol.

                                        So for 250 Euro in Europe I can get a Xiaomi Mi 10 Lite with 6.6" amoled display, Snapdragon 765 and 5g!. It will even come with a really good main camera and good global software support with updates.
