Tech giants like samsung and google are making their products worse day by day and asking huge money for them as well. Whereas Chinese manufacturers like Mi and Oneplus are making great phones and at great prices as well. Samsung and google has to learn that they are not Apple.

wow good job google. making phones unattractive to the original consumer.

The BEST thing they could do would be to ditch the Soli Radar chip thing but keep the 3D facial recognition AND add back fingerprint scanner.

But I am sure, rather than using their brain and understanding that two biometric are better than one (for both giving choice to the user and allowing better security by using both at the same time), they'll stupidly either keep the 3D facial recognition AND the Soli radar (which is totally not needed), or ditch it and only have a FPS and in the same process put a stupid punch hole on it...
You could imagine that the creator of Android, one of the biggest company on Earth with a massive budget would implement biometric with amazing software, but yeah, they don't...

I like everything I know about the Pixel 5 non-XL except the price. I think $500-600 could be fine. $500 preferably. $700 is just too much for a Snapdragon 765. I'd try to find it on sale, but I'd probably buy it eventually when it's closer to $500.
