Nope, base model do comes with 60hz refresh rate not 144 hz. There are three models with all of them having 16 gb ram and ist base model carry i5 10th generation 60hz refresh rate, 2nd one got 144 hz refresh rate and slightly improve i5 10th gen. Top model is having i7 cpuand rest is same as 2nd.
