Was going to buy this phone but the battery was the deal breaker for me. I am buying the Razr Maxx,I can do without LTE and an HD screen.

You're shopping for a phone which can cost over $600 (US) but they want you to already want the next one, thereby ruining your current excitement. I never bought Samsung Galaxy S II because right after it's launch in the 1st market, they announced S III. The US sales of the S II hadnt started when we know specs of the 3rd gen. Who would want to spend so much money on a new product knowing that it is ALREADY OUTDATED?

Besides, you don't even know wich dual-core it's featuring yet. Quad-core efficieny suck at the moment. Android doesn't cope very well with it. And it's not the number of cores that decide the power, that's why some dual cores outperform quad-cores.
