Iphone is useless unless you jb.i own ip3g and ip4 and i want to smash it to face of apple.thats why im buying sgs3 .

Damn... Wish I waited... but we don't have LTE... so when Lte hits us in the Philippines, a new galaxy would have been born... so my GT-I9300 will suit me... heat issues? Only if you turn on hotspot and did not turn on the power save and keep in your pocket, heat is a bit uncomfortable but it's not that warm... if you remove from pocket you will never feel any warmth in the GS3... I have a thick pocket and that causes the heat to build up... if you have a thin pocket I doubt you'll feel it... I dislike the contacts not rotating in landscape and low quality of contact pics... but I'm so happy with GS3... will root when out of warranty... I don't need rooting atm...

I was preparing to buy s3 on Monday but after this news from now on I won't but any thing from Samsung .. because they just laugh on us & they treat us like idiots . they disappointing us .. I won't buy & I won't recommend anyone to buy anything from Samsung :(

Even hardware spec might better, but the iOS still nothing to compare with Android.
and when iPhone 5 out, probably Samsung also release Note 2 to fight with it.
Don't forget beside Galaxy series, they is another killing note series.

It never overheat for me, I use it for WiFi hotspot (with phone charging) most the time, playing 3D extensive games like Temple Run - Brave, Asphalt 6... all no issue.
The only time it heat up is you keep surfing internet on phone during charging time. (Not affecting if it is charging on wifi hotspot mode, as during screen off, the phone run pretty cool even charging).
Others than that, it is cool and no issue on heat.

mine heats up when i over use it from tethering wifi hot spot and when playing 3d games it heats up..
when surfing it heats up...
so dont make a post when you didnt even use it..

The S3 is good, but not as good as it could be, so there is room for another to overtake, though it won't be this Korean release.
But will it be iPhone5 that does it? Well Apple being stubborn Apple probably not. Memory, CPU specs and res will be close to same as S3. Small screen size (though RGB) will be a negative (though I think over 4.5" is too big unless the slim down handset size). But will have a rocking GPU (+), smooth UI same look/op as current. New iOS features are good, but not earth shattering.
So not much possible to make it a killer...except -
International LTE, improved camera, better battery life and a great design (all of which SGS3 could/should have had) then it'll hurt S3. However if i5 falls short, though it will still sell well, it could boost S3 sales - especially if Jelly Bean is as smooth as iOS.
