Love the frosted touch, definitely better & minimalistic than fingerprint magnet glossy bling bling looks.

Errrr.....wasnt a 12gb RAM on Android was overkill? At least I hear it before from some die-hard Sony fans, when it implemented on others. 😝

The frosted black is appealing, and the 12 GB of RAM on this phone is a bit too much. With 8 it already flies.

Still, I absolutely love this design. Apart from all the generic, rounded screen with annoying notch or punch holes, this is different. Better to have a physical fingerprint scanner too. Who wants a big thumbprint on middle of the screen ?

Black, white and purple were used by Z, Z Ultra, Z1, Z2 and Z3.
Also few devices from M and C series.

Now they need to bring back the copper (Z3+) and chrome (xz premium).

What's the point? Xperia 1 II has the worst selfie camera among expensive flagship phones ever. Plus quite dim screen with low refresh rate with no face unlock / in-screen fingerprint scanner for $1200?! No, thanks!

Man the pictures proves that Sony's colors options used to be much more exciting

Since when black is exclusive enough to qualify for a limited edition
The gorgeous purple from the Xperia 1 "Mark one" was an entirely different story
