Verizon's Moto G7 Play and Moto G7 Power get Android 10 updates

My Moto g(7) power worked fine for quite some time until I got the update. Now my phone will not ring for incoming calls and the speed for all other applications has slowed down considerably. I had known this I would have turned off
my auto update.

After I install the update I cannot access Instagram or Netflix. I am also unable to download them to my phone for some reason. I am with Verizon and has anyone also have this issue?
