      Rumors keep saying Poco X3 AMOLED 120Hz 64MP SD765G. 5G. A Nord rival.
But that refresh rate with this SoC if this was right, hmm.

Whereas Xiaomi and Realme are doing this because they want the free advertising space and gullible people will believe them that it is fashionable 🤦

            F**k these Redmi, Realme phones.
High end specs with no proper connectivity and carrier aggregation. They literally save hell lot of money because their consumers have no f**king knowledge about these things.

As for your argument, I only agree. Already mentioned it in a post. Afaik no SD675 120Hz so far and I ask myself same question, if it would be good idea even if SoC was able to handle it. Leads me to not believe all rumors, some specs may be different e.g. It's only 90Hz or it'll be MTK since X3 is for India, or it'll turn out to be flagship SoC in the end (which personally don't expect though).

Anonymous, 24 Aug 2020If it's not useful to you, why would you want it in K3... moreI believe the argument is "can a SD765G even push 120 FPS consistently enough to justify the 120Hz screen"? Mind you, that SoC already has some visible stutters even in plain 60Hz screens while doing very mundane tasks (in MIUI). Just because you have a 120Hz screen, doesn't mean the SoC will suddenly start working as fast and smoothly as that screen.

                    What would be it's price???

Dust issue just adds a con to a list of their phones these days. Does not mean every phone faces it. Just hope to see some news it's handled.
They say it's X3 and phone should rival Nord at the same time. I wonder if it goes global then, maybe as 'Mi' phone later? Looks like good midrange so far rather than flagship kind. Though I can't recall any SD675 120Hz.
                                      Well we'll see soon.
