I hate to say it but it's most likely the Redmi 10X 5G, which means the punch hole is regressing back to a notch.

Next wave of Xiaomi low priced 5G smartphones coming in October: Redmi 10A ($100), Redmi 10 ($130), Redmi Note 10 ($150), and Redmi Note 10 Pro ($200). World wide availability for models based on D720 and D800U, not sure for models based on D820 since its supply is still low.

Competing phones from Realme's new 5G smartphone line (V series and X series) to join the race, starting with Realme V2 ($100).

Be ready for an avalanche of 5G phones based on Dimensity SoCs, primarily D720 and D800U, to overtake the market in coming months. (Qualcomm in full retreat?)

Xiaomi is doing great work....but we want Dimensity 1000+

Dimensity is great. Showing hard competititon over Snapdragon. Greater value is great for consumer

I've read somewhere that the reason Dimensity chips stay in China due to Mediatek couldn't secure enough supply from TSMC. Right now Apple, AMD and Qualcomm are the biggest consumer for 7 nm chips from TSMC so I guess only now Mediatek managed to secure enough chips for global launching. Would love to get even 720 phone honestly.
