No thanks, not EXACTLY what I need. I much value the telephoto camera more than any other useless additional camera sensor that isn't ultrawide.

One of the more interesting new 4G phones in recent months. Xiaomi's much diluted legacy 4G line will stay competitive with phones based on SD720G and SD732G, the best new 4G SoCs available: Poco X3 NFC, Redmi Note 9 Pro, Redmi Note 9, etc. (On the other hand, don't expect any new and significantly different 4G phones.)
It looks like the upcoming Redmi Note 10 series (Redmi Note 10, Redmi Note 10Pro, Redmi 10, Redmi 10A) will be 5G only.

Why are most of new Xiaomi mobile thick, large, and heavy?
Isn't enough to make gigantic screen and thick body variant?
Xiaomi should has variation such as below 6.5 screen with under 9 mm thickness. So the weight is under 200g or even below. It doesn't matter if it has battery below 4500 mAh as far as it has quite fast charging tech.

Poco X2 had a better sensor (Sony IMX 686-4K@60fps) than Poco X3 (Sony IMX 682@30fps).

Massive Camera fail, Macro is there to just increase the camera counts as everyone knows main camera can take better macro shots, Telephoto is way way more useful.
