This all access seems like an interesting deal: you pay for 1 game very 2 months, but you get a new game every week (100 games over 2 years, approximately 1 game for every 7 days or so), I heard something about some EA games being thrown in as well. Plus you get a next-gen console as a bonus.

I'll keep my PC, though. I already have a large collection of games that I want to play, and never enough time...

How can a "High-end" PC be less powerful than a console? Unless you compare it with a low end pc then ofcouse. But then if you save the yearly money that you usually pay for online and expensive games that rarely go on sale... you will eventually be able to upgrade that pc component. And then you got a powerful PC than the xbox Series S could be.

You assumed that the 360 is enough for modern games, and i agreed with that, saying 480 30 is all it will do for modern games, it should do 720p for gta5 and older but thats it.

          From all I said you understood:xbox 360 is enough to play the newest games on low, so we don't need anything better, then I am lazy to explain, as I gave the 360 as an example

But a PC isn't even that hard to build one nowdays... Or even you can get a good laptop that can upgrade the parts. but those are more expensive.

                      sitting on the couch and playing a game on a 75" 8k TV would beat it. of course if you can afford.

                      so plug your pc to your tv and have fun with a controller.

It will play all the new games but at lower resolution compared to Xbox Series X and PS5, for example 4k/60fps games that run ot Series X and PS5 will run at 1080 or 1400p on Series S. Overall it's a great offering- a next gen 1080p machine, compared to the Series X it has a lower end GPU and half the storage SSD- 512GB, but it is as capable- has the same CPU, so it will run games at lower resolution. The price is right for 299$ and 249£

Anyway I'm sorry if what I said offends you, xbox 360's can't run anything on 720p (I did say this before, without apologising, but I said it once more, and bam got myself some more hate)
                              480p is way to low, it's sd, and sd you get on tv shows. 720p on the other hand is hd, and that makes a big difference on an under 100" display

                              You can keep on rambling about how 1080p is a big difference, offering a much better gaming experience, but this thing, it won't change my mind. It all comes down to display size. And I know that on a 20 incher, gta 5 on my friend's xbox looked the same (let alone the graphical improvements) as my pc running on 23 incher
                              And 720p on a 45 incher still isn't much different from 1080 (only speaking from watching youtube, as that's the only reason I still have a tv)
