S20 is just around 630 Euro if you follow some good offers, got my S20 5G for just 700 Euro, short time after launch. I don't care what a phone's launch price is, but what I actually pay. iPhones literally never get discounts in shop (iPhone 11 Pro Max is still over 1200 Euro, one year after launch). My 700 Euro S20 has features that will be available (maybe, maybe not even) only on iPhone 12 Pro Max (120hz refresh rate, 5G, 12GB of RAM, MicroSD card - cheap, no need to pay a whooping 200 Euro for 128GB extra memory just to store pics, or cloud subscriptions). I expect iPhone 12 Pro Max to cost around the same with iPhone 11 Pro max, 1250 Euro, that is a 550 Euro price difference already. No thanks.

While the standard Note20 leaves a good bit to be desired, the Ultra model is a great success. Besides, this sale is only for the unlocked variant, which will keep it competitive against Apple and its sheep.

Usual carpet bombing upcoming iPhone launches with price pressure on Apple! People will definitely find Note 20 Ultra much more valuable compared any iPhone 12 edition. This might make Apple nervous!

in UAE, I have bought Note20 Ultra 4G for $1035 along with Buds live on 29th August.
only shame is, we get exynos variant.

I'm a Galaxy Fold user, but I wish Samsung had priced their flagship phones reasonably instead of humiliating themselves that way and pushing customers to lose trust in them.
Samsung will be very pathetic after the release of the new iPhone.
Further big discounts are coming.
