You can now pre-order the Pixel 4a in the UK, Germany, Singapore, Japan, France, and more. Carphone Warehouse offers a deal.

The UK list price should include British VAT.
VAT rates vary across the EU though, and I think the €340 is only the lowest non-discounted price inside any EU country, and that it costs more in many places.

          Finally, more European countries, including my own, the sun country :D. I hope that other countries will be able to buy it too (all people must to be in same conditions). But above all in the Pixel 5, which I am waiting to buy. I don't understand Google, ugly design, very good camera but only 12 Megapixels and only 1. I don't know what they're thinking, with the amount of potential buyers behind their products. Google, what's wrong with you? Don't you want to sell? Put Telephoto, a little more battery, and a back that is not plastic, a processor a little more powerful although it is not 5G and you are going to ruin the rest of the brands. What is 5G for? If the current antennas are 4G but give more power to 5G phones, thinking you are using 5G... so that the user who navigates thinks it´s fastest, but the real 5G, very few countries have it, and the FINAL 5G?. And you have to pay much more to use it, for waht? To download a faster movie on the street? To use whatsapp more fast?

                                    Its been available in Japan since August 20th via mobile carrier Softbank. The Google Japanese website allows you to add it to cart as of yesterday.
