You are just speaking a total lie. More than 10 seconds to change a wifi connection? I only experience that with my old midrange Android smartphone, not from my low-end Windows Phone.

I still own my first ever Windows Phone, which is a Nokia Lumia 830 back in July 2016, and I'm still amazed to this day at just how buttery smooth and fluid the whole OS operation is. That said, I had Interop unlocked the phone to increase the virtual memory size from the factory default 256 MB to 1.87 GB. Let's just say that I have completely forgotten about Android until recently.

useless, full 32bit version of android since lolipop runs just fine on low end quad-cores and 2gb ram, smartphones with 1gb of ram is in history already no one builds them except some crap made brands like alcatel an so on

Fayth, 11 Sep 2020what if I installed Android Go edition on a flagship? woul... moreAndroid Go is built within a specific requirement in mind since the whole idea of it is to have Lite Android apps. So I don't think you can do that.

"Android 11 (Go edition) is meant for phones with up to 2GB RAM and will come loaded on entry-level devices from a broad range of manufacturers."

That's it then, the era of an Android phone with 1GB RAM is officially over.

Anonymous, 11 Sep 2020instead of making this, they could have made the Actual And... moreWindows phone that you're talking about, is 32 bit version. Try the 64 bit windows phone 10 on those 1 gb armv8 or x86-x64 intel based z processor, you will cry! Think and read again before talk. All android kernel forked by notable chips like qualcomm and mediatek since 2015 only available in x64 but with support of x32. The last of 32 bit android kernel was in generation of Nexus 5/Mi 4.

Now, 64 bit android is so unoptimized because it still bogs down by the needs to support the 32 bit. That's why google will no longer allow any 32 bit apps in their play store by August 2021. The same thing happens to all Linux distros as well and at worst, windows.

Even outdated Redmi 4a with SD410 runs quite smoothly with custom ROM. Probably because some nonessential features are scrapped off, not sure exactly.
