Like it matters.
There are no ordinary citizen who will spend 1500 for a phone with zero durability screen.
Only those who dont care about money which aint that much,

Perfectly does the job of not having to carry a tablet and a phone.

Stop complaining about it being expensive or overpriced. It's not meant for poor people.
If Apple invented something like the Fold 2, surely they'll charge no less than 3000$.

Considering that Samsung's phones are the only ones that are premium enough and truly usable, why would anyone use any other foldable device.

Samsung Fold is overpriced coz it's such novelty. It's interesting but fragile and if you can put larger folded screen to good use, then maybe. I personally don't. Android is Android. As OS itself is alright. I just absolutely don't like the way how it has absurdly short life on all devices and how updates delivery is always such absurdly lengthy thing.

Also what are you blabbing about the fake scratch test. All the glass on smartphones scratches about the same except rare few models that used actual sapphire.

Why they are not using two glass screen protector in two half of the screen ?...
Then only the area of screen over the hinge will be glass free ; rest area will be covered by two splitted glass screen protector.

Ok haters. The Fold is not for you.

[deleted post]Reason we love glass is because it's far more scratch resistant compared to plastic and if there is a permanent required "polymer layer" on top of glass, it may just as well be called plastic, because every scratch or indentation will be permanently visible on it. And that makes it a plastic display. It can have steel beams and carbon fiber reinforcement rods inside, top layer is soft plastic layer and that's that. You can't go around that fact with any fancy marketing buzzword.
