like ios 15 or later system wide fonts and icon packs would reset to default so apple can enjoy a bit of nostalgia.

Every time with a new os they always have 3 bugs and when it hit the news it is free advertising and more the next day to debug it. It's just commercieel knowledge to show tjey are fast in update's and customer service to deploy debug very quick.
Apple is evil genius in marketing there stuff.

I am myself using an older iPhone X and Samsung S10+ (I keep going back to the iPhone for the more stable and snappier UI, even being 3 years old with less RAM than the S10+)
