So glad compact smartphones are coming back. Feels good to have a phone that actually feels comfortable in the pocket, this trend of making phones into huge tablets has to stop.

They did not care.
Not that samsung and chinese phones have, they consider "must have".
Problem is : not everyone needs. You can set 60Hz, but you still paid for 120Hz and it costs more than 60.
No wonder why no brand makes good flagships for less than $900 anymore.
120Hz, ultra wide cam , 12GB ram, 512GB storage etc ...
Most of this just because games. What a dumb reason.

He was scrolling so fast that was impossible to even see what was on the screen.
As fast as when ppl open multitask swipe apps to all sides without opening any.

Anonymous, 22 Sep 2020Iphone 12 Mini has the size of SE 2020. The only reason the SE2020 can be called "compact" is thanks to the bezels. Making the display bigger in the same body is just making it harder to reach the opposite side/corner of the screen.

Uptil then it's called a gimmick or put in the "Nobody uses/wants it" category. iBoyzz have been repeating same talking points since a decade.
Iboyzz are ignorant about the Cons of being in a walled Garden ecosystem. Simply clueless about features that other people use. Another reason why this company is at the bottom of the barrel when it comes to innovation in the smartphone segment since Apple knows they can refuse to give their users anything new and they'll accept it like a little Sl*ve.

Good idea but bad execution. Seriously? 5.4" is a mini now? What sad, sad times do we live in. Now, if it were to be sub-5", that would be a different story.

How many more years Appl... moreWhat the heck are you going to do with 120 hz display? gaming? Iphone is not for gaming, you gonna kill battery health in less than 2 months. Watching 120hz videos on youtube? Do you really need that? or "battery smooth experience"..do you really need that?
As long as these device rely on small batteries, 60hz is more than enough. Apple is already going to pay more money for 5G implementation and they have new case material. You people just complain every year..

i cannot do with small screens anymore. There is too much rich content on the screen these days for small screens. Big screen but lightweight is the way to go.

They are leaving a layer of dullness in the market yet again.

This is why most people are rather excited for the upcoming Snapdragon 875 based devices and the upcoming Galaxy S21.
