it's impossible that Samsung would put 750g for a42 if someone says that they would pick it for a72 then it would make sense even if someone say that they will be putting a Snapdragon 690 for a42 then it is still impossible for Samsung

Never mind that we use to have small screen phones that didnt have so big body and all the components in the phone were larger as it have gone smaller and smaller when time have gone on. When we talk about the nm of the chip size that use to be over 20 and now we have 5nm already.
Never mind even the large battery. It can have 3000mah in it too as it is smaller in every way and you wont play games on it anyways so you dont do tasks that take a lot of battery on the compact phones.

Oddly whenever a phone launches with with unreleased SoC it is unveiled on the same day and what is more odd is that it took almost a month for it to be unveiled

I think the biggest issue is cramming all the internals, especially with a battery bigger than 4000 mAh is still an uphill task. They would have to appoint a separate team & great resources to do this, & the payout is not that great in return.
Once the Chinese vendors started the 6.4" craze with 5000 mAh batteries, & their customers wanted bigger & bigger screens too, Samsung also had to include 5000, 6000 mAh batteries in their device, which increased the size required to house them.
You can tell by the batteries in S20 & iPhone 11 Pro, that it is not an easy task to house big batteries even today, otherwise they would have done so after so many low battery life complaints. Even the 6.2" S20 only has a 4000 mAh battery..

At least it has a new SoC. I guess All A*1s or A*2 lineup will have new SoC.
But the should offer compact powerful or at least compact high midrange phone.

A40 started as good more compact phoneto the rest of the tablet phones in the market with amoled screen and under 200 euro. Then 41 made it already bigger and now it's already same table like the rest of the lineup.
I dont understand why they need to make 20+ different model in a year or 2 times a year that all are in same size tablets. Why is it so hard for them to make just one phone that has decent middle range hardware but will be something between 5 inch to 5.7 inch with bezelless screen. Screen size of 5 inch to 5.5 is enough screen for most people who dont play games, watch movies or do any work on the phone but want to have something that fits in your pocket that can make decent pictures and for a need get you browse info from the net.
It's just one model out of your deem 20-30 different models that are all tablets something for a simple Joe that dont spend there time living in screen only
