well, i dont do much on my phone things that window phone excels at (social networks)..
i use my phone mainly for apps and games, so android is 1st choice. the camera key just seals the deal.
im using g nexus now and the camera....ughh..i just cant get used to the quick focus snap thingy..more often pictures come out blurry..
i just use my xp neo for pic taking..

Motorola purchases their screen from other manufacturers, amongst them Samsung. And the screen in RAZR (MAXX) is a Samsung SAMOLED A, with better brigtness than the one in S3 and far more correct color calibrated than S2. The older Atrix had the brightest display available. This helps a lot in sunlight, outside in general, or for that matter at a shopping mall with bright lights. Milestone/Droid had great color rendition and pixel distance, far more impressive than competitors at that time. How about older phones such as Zn5 and Z8, nope, great screens there as well :)
Sony is not a good example, they boast their Bravia engines and what not, but the screens are not impressive. Samsung usually over calibrates (saturation wise) their displays, and none of them any good in sunlight. The new Atrix HD may not be AMOLED, so not the deepest blacks, but the colors are vivid - yet not overy saturated like SII and Sony's Xperia Ion - and it has higher ppi that S3 and One X.
Camera though, it could be better. Usually they do improve them through SW updates along the way, but out of the box the cameras could do better.
Then again Moto usually comes with the best built-in speakers, microphone and headphone jacks.
The main thing Motot need to do is to start marketing outside of the US. Their marketing in scandinavia is next to none. Whilst you see commercial ofr other everywhere. Just about none of the larger chain stores sell their phones, and those who do don't know shit about them and sell them at outragous prices compared to less know online stores. I had to stop a seller once, the only large retailer who sells Motorola, from selling a Xcover over a DEFY+, everything he said was incorrect and even the customer disagreed but the seller kept pushing. Amazingly, the crappy Xcover and the Xperia Active both outsells the DEFY/DEFY+ - all due to marketing. Traditional -in your face all around you - marketing is still the way to go. And sellers need incentives/bribery and/or training to sell your device.

I hope when the next nexus phone is announced, it is made by sony...reason, i need camera key!!!!! sony is the only android maker that actually puts camera keys on its phones...
their record in pushing updates is not really great, but considering they did update most of 2011 xperia to ics, and combined with nexus being supported directly by google, they should have a winner...
xperia nexus = google speed update + camera key = win for me :)

Their call quality, signal reception, camera (Pure View), outdoor visibility (Clear Black), audio recording (Rich Audio), and build quality are pretty much second to none in smartphones. When they put all those in a phone, no other OEM can match that. HTC is only good at build quality.

The best smartphone in 2010 and 2011 was Android and they were not cheap. do you know htc sensation, samsung galaxy s1, s2, s3, note, sony xperia s etc....Cheap could be the Android MARKET.

I have noticed most Symbian users who moved to Android are flocking back to their old platform. the downside is that there are not many good spec handsets out there running Symbian. This seems to be the first signs of the end of Android.

In a way of another, most people depend on Google, from Youtube to Search to Android.
Its good to see them prosper. Hope they keep improving their products even further.
