I was on a phone call with Huawei support for about half an hour waiting for them to sort this out. Apparently, the AI Life app on the AppGallery is (or was at the time) a more recent version of the app. Mine did not connect to the AI Life app downloaded from the Google Play store either, despite the fact I am using a P30 Pro, which fully supports google services.

I m using huawei Freebuds from 3 days on my Pocophone F1. It is for sure the best TWS available in the market. However, i found some problem in the Huawei AI life app as it does not detect my Freebuds and it is not available in the list of TWS given in the app. Even after scanning the QR code given in the booklet does not serve the purpose. Kindly give me some suggestions on it???

How do I preorder them? can't log into the Chinese site- won't take my American cell number.
