OnePlus Nord N10 teased, should launch sometime in October

It's rumored to pack the Snapdragon 690 chipset and a $400 price tag.

I usually go with used flagships, haven't gone with a new phone in years. Oneplus definitely had me considering buying new for the first time in years with all the nord publicity. But if this thing isn't more like $350 and a battery champ, I'll stick with swappa. I'd MUCH prefer a more powerful SoC in exchange for skipping 5G. Then you find out the charging is down to 18w. It already skimped out on the stereo speakers. The 7t can give you ALL of that for that same price, all in exchange for one year less of software updates.

Just because it isnt as cheap as som... moreI find it frustrating because this is likely the Nord device which was teased to come to NA by the end of the year, except it's too downgraded from the original Nord for me to give a damn. Was excited for a Oneplus midrange in Canada, but not so much anymore.

          Wow, why all the hate? Just because it isnt as cheap as some people would like, doesnt mean that the phone will be bad? I get the distinct impression that some people expect to have money tossed at them when they are buying new things. "Hey, heres our new phone, here take 300$ as well, thank you have a nice day".

            I suspect a Snapdragon 690 in 2020 will not be something people will queue in front of the stores.
            Here is a hint, stick to what you do well, and price those to meet the market, you know what you did a few years ago ?

                              I've been using OnePlus X, later only Samsung Phones. If Oneplus makes something like samsung s10e - small formfactor, OLED display, good camera, thick with good enough batery .... I would buy it

                                Looks like most companies forgot how to produce those

                                  Haven't bought a OnePlus device since the One but if they introduce something like the X again, I'd be interested

                                      I'd rather have a device like this with 690 than a device without all this powered by 768 or 855. Better cpu alone does not make phone A better than B.
