I have bought one of these for use in UK, with Android, but can only find instructions to set up with iphone and the wena 3 app only has Japan as a location.

Could you advise me on how you set up yours please?

        Love it..just got it, VPN changed to Japan, and few screenshots to translate, and everything works flawlessly. Notification are instant, even music controls YouTube music. Looks like a million bucks and should be global. No way I'd ever go back to any smartwatch

            I got mine two days ago shipped to germany.

            The App is definately a pita. My way to get to understand most setup options is to take a second phone with google translate app and its camera funktion.

            It tracks my steps, heart rate and sleep. Unfortunately I can't get it to receive notifications from my phone. I'm still tinkering around.
            It also doesn't sync automatically with google fit. And I somehow can't enter a weather location. Even Tokyo (neither written in latin letters nor Kanji) doesn't work.

            As soon as I got it to notify me when receiving calls and massages it's the one smart band I always wnated.

                    Sean a few comments that you can use google fit with this instead of the wena app. can anyone confirm this?

I installed it just long enough to install the Wena 3 app and then removed APKPure because I don't trust it. Essentially it's a non-Google app store.

                          I finally got my own Wena 3 and love it. Japan/app regional issues are still a pain but the good news is once you pair and set up the app (and figure out how to switch the band to English) it automatically syncs data with Google Fit. No need to use the Wena3 app which in my experience is still only available in Japanese. I have some playing to do but I'll try to see what I can find out about the bluetooth api and possibly a custom app.

                              Just taken delivery sent from Japan to UK. Pretty easy to set up and can set to Japanese or English. All notifications working well inc SMS, Gmail, calls and Whatsapp....others available too. Vibration option is pretty strong so you notice. Charging very straightforward. Diplay is clear and easy to read. Looks fantastic and will look good with my normal watch. Shame that payments not set up for UK. As a lover of mechanical watches, i've wanted the functionality of smartwatches but haven't really seen any that I like the look of. This gives me the functions I wanted and the look of my traditional watch. Can't believe there's not more like this on the market.

                                      Owned the previous version Wena Pro for over 2 years in the UK, swapped from a TAG Heuer connected. Have just managed to get a Japanese Wena 3 into the UK and set up on my original TAG watch head. Was a challenge to get the 'Japanese' language working in the App, but all messages and alerts coming through in English. Odd words within App still in Japanese but does not stop functionality. Obviously no NFC payment system, but all the rest is great and well worth the effort. Great piece of work by Sony, just don't understand why no real competition in this wearable tech environment as so many people want their genuine watch, but having alerts/fitness monitoring without having two straps.
