This is just a realme x7 pro with snapdragon 865. Theyre doing the same thing by replacing cpu just like the oppo r11 and oneplus 5. Check out the realme x7 pro, 65w fast charge, 120hz display, same rectangular camera module in the back.

This macro lens trend really needs to die a quick death, it's not worth adding lenses if they have no real value.

They are renders. If they were actually pictures, the reflection/coloring on the case would change between different angles.
