JDK, 04 Oct 2020Why do millions of people use this "handicapped" ... moreIt is handicapped to keep it simple! Thats the appeal of iOS to remove the more complicated features out so that anyone can just start using it and not be overwhelmed with options!
Something as simple as plugging it into a PC or Mac and dropping a few files onto it can't even be done without iTunes which is annoyong as plenty of people don't use Apple hence their PCs won't have iTunes installed!
An Android tablet is just drag and drop!
Thats the most basic of functions and already restricted. Than it gets worse and theres plenty more restrictions but i think ive made my point!

Old gorilla have strong scratch resistance, but weaker shatter resistance.
Thus why dropping a new g5 means it have less likely to shatter. but its weaker than like g3 or g4 in terms of scratching.

I use it caseless and have dropped it more times than I remember. Glass has never cracked and it's still in good condition. It has gorilla glass 5 front and back. I was very surprised your beloved Samsung used gorilla glass 3 on S20 FE. The thing is, for the price I paid for this phone, if I broke it I can just buy a new updated Redmi Note series phone and both phones combined wouldn't cost as much as an iPhone.

Hey GSMArena, the multi-core score of the iPhone 11 pro is actually 3300.
That would actually signal a 27.2% improvement compared to the iPhone 11 pro, not 20%.

However, build quality is also problematic. Remember the Note 9 camera dust fiasco? Redmi 8 plastic back peeling off? Note 8 display burn-in/retention? The quality is just subpar. Not sure about the higher-end models but one Poco F2 Pro has a camera dust issue.

Anonymous, 03 Oct 2020Let's not forget that the A14 is in performance mode f... moreThere's no such thing called performance mode on iPhones/iPads. iPads tend to have slightly higher scores than iPhones with the same SoCs, but that's because they have a larger area to dissipate heat and their aluminium back act as a massive heat sink therefore cool the internal components more effectively.

At least do some research before spilling a bunch of nonsense, please.

So the single core score is roughly 19% better than A13 (which is in line with the preliminarily calculated value of 16-17%) but in multi core it can be up to 27% faster.. I guess Apple made a bigger change in its efficiency cores than in the performance cores.
This means that, estimating from how much A12X made a performance jump from A12, we can safely assume A14X's multi core score to become somewhere around 6800-6900. Now that would be pretty impressive for a passively cooled tablet SoC, but the real question is how much better the chip inside new Macs with heat pipes + fans, and how they stack up against competitors from Intel and AMD in more intensive benchmarks like Cinebench in both boost and sustained performance. I can't wait!

Don't even think you can disable them in the settings unless you install an international ROM or unlock the bootloader (Realme UI and MIUI).
It's also found that there's a lot of bloatware in both MIUI and Realme UI. Unfortunately optimisation is poor, many users have found to affect battery life and performance seriously. None can be uninstalled, again, unless you unlock the bootloader. OneUI (Samsung) also has a lot of bloatware, but optimised somewhat better so a Samsung is snappier than a Realme/Xiaomi despite weaker CPU.
